Refund Eligibility

  • Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of project initiation
  • Custom development work completed cannot be refunded once delivered and approved
  • Monthly subscription services can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Refund Process

  • Include order number and reason for refund request
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

Completed custom work, delivered digital assets, and consulting hours cannot be refunded. Emergency support services and third-party licensing fees are non-refundable.
