Refund Eligibility

• Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of project initiation
• Custom development work completed cannot be refunded once delivered and approved
• Monthly subscription services can be cancelled with 30 days notice
• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Refund Process

• Include order number and reason for refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

Completed custom work, delivered digital assets, and consulting hours cannot be refunded. Emergency support services and third-party licensing fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. Visuafy retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Visuafy’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
